Minato no Mori Park (also known as the Kobe Earthquake Memorial Park) is centrally located in Kobe, making it quite accessible from the city's main transport hubs. Here is your access guide:
Location & Address
Address: 2 Onohamacho, Chuo Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 651-0082, Japan
Hours: Open 24 hours
Admission: Free

By Train (Recommended)
The park is within walking distance of several major stations in the Sannomiya area:
Boeki Center Station (Kobe New Transit Port Liner): This is the closest station. It is roughly a 6-minute walk (300m) to the park.
Sannomiya Station (JR, Hankyu, Hanshin): A major hub. From here, it is approximately a 10 to 12-minute walk heading south.
Sannomiya-Hanadokeimae Station (Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line): About a 14-minute walk from the park.
Port Terminal Station (Port Liner): Approximately a 12-minute walk.

By Bus
While the train is generally more convenient, you can use local Kobe City buses that run toward the port area. Look for stops near Onohamacho.

By Car
Parking: While there is a small parking area nearby (Tajima Parking), central Kobe can be congested. If you are driving, there are several coin-operated parking lots around the Sannomiya and Onohamacho areas.

Accessibility: The park was built on the site of a former freight station and is designed with wide, flat paths, making it very accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.
