On December 17, 2025, Toyota launched the all-new RAV4 crossover SUV, marking its first full model change in approximately seven years.
Now in its sixth generation, the new RAV4 has been developed to meet increasingly diverse lifestyles, and is offered in three distinct styles: Z, Adventure, and GR Sports.
the new RAV4 measures 4,600 mm in length, 1,855 mm in width, and 1,680 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,690 mm. By maintaining a size similar to its predecessor, Toyota has ensured everyday usability that suits Japan’s road conditions.
The most striking exterior feature is its advanced front design. The front fascia adopts a bold hammerhead motif, while body-colored bumpers, a mesh grille, and intricate inner detailing create a three-dimensional, urban presence.
At the rear, a seamless design integrates the back door glass and rear lamps, emphasizing a wide and modern stance.
The cockpit features Toyota’s first-ever 12.9-inch display audio system, paired with a 12.3-inch TFT full-color digital instrument cluster, delivering excellent visibility and clarity.
Another highlight is Toyota’s first color head-up display with a sloped projection.
Unlike conventional flat displays, this system uses depth perception to reduce eye movement while driving.
Gear selection is handled by Toyota’s first electronic shift-by-wire system with a one-direction operation, helping to keep the center console clean while enabling intuitive control.
Power comes from a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor, forming a hybrid system (HEV).
The drivetrain is offered exclusively with E-Four electric all-wheel drive. The system produces a combined 240 horsepower, while achieving an impressive WLTC fuel economy of 22.5 km/L, outstanding for a midsize SUV.
