7月8日より、中国・上海新国際博覧センター（SNIEC）にて、自動車製造技術のビッグイベント「AMTS 2026（第21回 上海国際自動車製造技術・設備・材料展）」が開幕しました！コスモ計器の中国拠点である「CIC（COSMO INSTRUMENTS (CHINA,JIAXING）」も、本展示会に出展しております！近年、急速に進化を遂げる新エネルギー車（NEV）やEVバッテリーの製造ラインにおいて、気密性を担保する「リークテスト」は欠かせない重要工程です。CICブースでは、自動車業界の厳しい品質基準を支える最先端のエアリークテスターや、最新の計測ソリューションを実機を交えてご紹介しています。現地スタッフ一同、皆さまのご来場を心よりお待ちしております。上海にお越しの方は、ぜひCICブースへお立ち寄りください！

コスモ本社の技術開発担当者が、中国拠点であるCICを訪問しました。
現地では、CICの技術開発担当者と新しい技術や今後の開発テーマについて活発に意見交換を行いました。
国や拠点を越えて知見を共有することで、新たな発想や技術の可能性が広がります。
これからもコスモグループは、グローバルな連携を深めながら、お客様により良い製品・サービスをお届けできるよう取り組んでまいります。
A technical development member from Cosmo’s headquarters visited CIC, our China subsidiary.
During the visit, they actively exchanged ideas with CIC’s technical development team on new technologies and future development themes.
By sharing knowledge and insights across countries and locations, we are expanding the possibilities for new ideas and technologies.

【新製品のお知らせ】

長年ご愛顧いただいております異音検査システム「ムーブレット MV-6000B」がモデルチェンジし、2026年7月1日より新型「ムーブレット MV-6200」として新発売されます。

MV-6200は、検査対象製品から発生する音や振動の波形を解析・定量化し、人の感覚に近い判定で検査ラインの自動化をサポートするインラインテスターです。

今回のモデルチェンジでは、画面構成のリニューアルによる操作性向上に加え、テスター内への波形データ保存、判定機能の追加、マルチプレクサー内蔵、品質管理画面の追加など、現場での使いやすさと検査精度をさらに高めました。

モーター、ファン、ポンプ、自動車部品、OA機器、建材など、さまざまな製品の異音・振動検査にご活用いただけます。

【New Product Announcement】

We are pleased to announce that our long-selling abnormal sound inspection system, the Movelet MV-6000B, has been redesigned and will be launched as the new Movelet MV-6200 on July 1, 2026.

The MV-6200 is an in-line tester that analyzes and quantifies sound and vibration waveforms generated by products under inspection, supporting automated inspection with judgment criteria that closely reflect human sensory evaluation.

With this model change, the MV-6200 offers enhanced usability and inspection performance through a redesigned screen layout, waveform data storage inside the tester, additional judgment functions, a built-in multiplexer, and a new quality control screen.

It can be used for abnormal sound and vibration inspection of a wide range of products, including motors, fans, pumps, automotive parts, office automation equipment, and building materials.
