⏰Time limit and method of refunding free temporary wifi
✅The deadline to return the temporary wifi is "before the 20th of the following month"
For example, the Hikari installation completion date is June 16, you must return the temporary wifi device before July 20!
✅Please note that after completing the Hikari home Wi-Fi installation, you need to return the temporary wifi
-Return the temporary wifi using the box that was sent to you previously
✅In case of accidental disposal of the box, please prepare a box of appropriate size and use cushioning material (bubble wrap) to prevent the device from being damaged during return transportation!
✍️Please fill in your "postal code", "address" and "phone number" in the attached delivery note, repackage it, and bring it to the branch
💡Transport to Yamato or the nearest Conbini convenience store (FamilyMart or 7-Eleven) for return.
