Believing in your dream is a big thing. Many people have genius ideas but they are too humble to realize those are great ideas, so they keep watching others do what they could.
Also, going from planning to acting is the toughest.

You can plan a project for years but no one has got rich or famous due to a good plan. You need to act to start seeing results. Make mistakes and learn from them. Cherish every experience and build upon it.
Start even if you have no budget.

We are still lucky enough to live in the era when the Internet helps to build ur dreams
