◇◆First experience with a health checkup! !◆◇

Last weekend, as part of the company's welfare program, we filled out a health checkup questionnaire together.

First of all, the first experience is for staff over 35 years old, and the staff will be examined for the first time this year, as gastroscopic examination will be added as part of the health examination.
The body is capital for the staff working on the front line, including other staff!
In the future, we would like to further enhance the welfare program as a company.

A word from the new graduate staff!
Since he had never eaten raw fish, we all went to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in private!

Foreign staff may have different likes and dislikes when it comes to raw fish, but the result is...
They were eating deliciously!!
First of all, try Japanese food (^^)/
It was delicious and above all! !

This time, there are many things that the staff have not experienced in their own countries, such as Japanese cultural exchange and Japan's unique rules. I would like to tell you various things from now on!

健康診断で初経験！！

先週末に会社の福利厚生の一環で、健康診断の問診票の記入を一緒に行いました。

先ず始めの初経験は35歳以上のスタッフに関して、健康診断の一貫での胃カメラの健診も追加されるので、今年初めてスタッフが受診します。
その他のスタッフも含めて、第一線で働くスタッフに対して、身体は資本です！
今後も会社として福利厚生をより充実させていきたいと考えております。

食での初経験！！
新卒スタッフからの一言！
生魚を食べた事がないとの事でしたので、プライベートで回転寿司に皆で食事に行きました！

外国人スタッフでは生魚に関して、好き嫌いが分かれると思いますが、結果は...
美味しそうに食べていました!!
先ずは日本食をTryですね(^^)/
美味しくてなによりでした！！

今回はこのような日本の文化交流や日本独自のルールなどはがスタッフの自国では経験してないことが沢山ある為、日本に在住しているN-grouｐで雇用しているスタッフのみんなには様々なことをこれから伝えていきたいと思います！

🎪Tokyo Big Sight EXPO🎪

When I went on a business trip to Tokyo at the end of June, I participated in an event at Tokyo Big Sight as a guest!

The number of exhibitors of companies, PR activities of companies! !
It was impressive that the scale was large!

As an N-Group, I participated in an event that also served as an inspection for the next business development, and everything was full of learning!

We want to exhibit as a business owner soon! Driven by this urge, I came back to Nagoya!

This term, we are preparing to launch more and more new businesses by deriving the base business!

6月末の東京出張に行ったタイミングで東京ビックサイトのイベントにゲストで参加してきました！

企業様の出展数、企業様のＰＲ活動！！
どれをとってもスケールが大きいのが印象的でした！

N-Groupとして次なる事業展開に向けた視察も兼ねたイベント参加であり、全てが勉強になることだらけでした！

私たちも早く企業主出展したい！という衝動に駆られて、名古屋に戻ってきました！

今期はベースとなる事業をより派生させて、新規事業をどんどん立ち上げていく準備をしています！

◆◇Quarterly opinion meeting and dinner party◇◆
This time, as N-Group, we held opinion meetings and dinner parties once a quarter for each team!

Depending on the team, employees were the main meeting, part-time workers and partners were the main meeting, etc. This time, each team had a theme and worked on it!

In one team, internal sharing is not done well, so we mainly talk about work efforts that can improve how to use SNS and internal tools so that we can share more in advance.

In one team, I thought I was going to talk about Japanese food and cultural differences with my country, but in the second half, I played the staff's favorite BGM in the shop and danced with everyone.

Since we can't usually meet with the staff together, we held a meeting using time, and various topics came out!

Regarding this photo, there are many teams who could not take pictures due to lack of consideration by the management side and staff who could not participate due to scheduling conflicts.

We will continue to improve our efforts to provide a better environment, starting with advance preparations, so that we can hold a better meeting next time!

We will continue to strive to grow as a ONE TEAM, so please continue to support N-Group!

今回N-Groupとして四半期に一回、各チームごとに分けて意見会や食事会を実施させて頂きました！

チームによって社員がメインの会、アルバイト＆パートナーさんがメインの会など今回は各チームテーマを持って取組をしました！

あるチームでは社内共有が上手く出来てないのに対して、より事前共有出来る様にSNSや社内ツールの使い方を改善していける仕事の取組についての話をメインにしたりなど。

あるチームでは日本の食事や自国との文化の違いなどのプライベートな話をしたかと思いきや後半はお店でスタッフたちの好きなＢＧＭを流してダンスを皆んなで踊ったりなど。

普段揃ってスタッフたちと会えない分、時間を使った会を実施することで様々な内容の話が出てきました！

今回の写真に関しては運営側の配慮が足りず写真撮影が出来なかったチームやスケジュールが合わず参加出来なかったスタッフも大勢います。

事前準備を始めより良い環境を提供できる取組をしっかり社内で改善していき、次回以降より良い会が実施出来るように務めていきます！

これからもONE TEAMを目指して会社のが成長できるように取り組んでいきますので、皆様ぞうどN-Groupをよろしくお願い致します！

Our next being has been preparing since last year, and after preparing for the establishment of a new company and obtaining various licenses, we officially started business as a group company called Nexus International in February this year！

Regarding the 2023 new graduates entrance ceremony, we were able to hold a ceremony suitable for starting in 2023 as a joint entrance ceremony for N-group (Next Being & Nexus International)！

This year, 8 new graduates joined the company, and I am very grateful to welcome fresh and motivated members！

★☆Training after joining the company☆★

On January 3rd, I went to Shizuoka female members for training! ！

While there are many male employees, this time we conducted training for female employees and female part-timers to have them input the ism of Next Being as well as manners and morals as a member of society as much as possible.

We will continue to brush up the company's education system so that we can provide better education in the future！

After the training, everyone had a fun dinner (^^)/
There were members who were not in Shizuoka due to consecutive holidays, so next time I would like to have a dinner party with everyone！

It's good to see everyone's energetic faces from the new year！

★☆入社後研修☆★

1月3日に静岡女性メンバーを中心に研修に行ってきました！！

男性社員が多い中、今回は女性社員や女性パートさんにも少しでもネクストビーイング社のイズムや社会人としてのマナーやモラルをしっかりインプットしてもらう為に研修を実施しました。

今後もより良い教育を提供できるように会社の教育制度もブラッシュアップしていきます！

研修後はみんなで楽しい食事会(^^)/

Year 2022！！It's been a year supported by so many people！
It is truly a year of gratitude！

From April 2022, we will start hiring foreign full-time employees from zero.
We have been able to hire more than 20 foreign full-time employees since we started from zero in April 2022, and we have been able to work together with more than 70 foreign nationals in total！

Next year, we will do everything we can to quickly establish relationships with more than 100 foreign nationals and reach our goal of hiring more than 300！

We visited the Toyota Museum and the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, one of the outside training programs we had been considering for some time.
We learned a lot about the history of one of the world's leading companies, its progress to date, the aspirations of its founder, its various challenges and setbacks, and how it has recovered from them.
We are also taking on many challenges, so we will not forget what we learned today and will do our best again tomorrow, or rather, from now on.
兼ねてより考えていた社外研修の一つ、トヨタ博物館、トヨタ産業技術記念館見学を実施しました。
世界有数の企業の歴史、これまでの歩み、創業者の志、様々な挑戦や挫折、そこからの挽回など大変勉強になりました。
私達もたくさんのチャレンジをしてしていますので、今日学んだ事を忘れず、また明日から、いや今から頑張ります。
