弊社は、煙・臭いを出さず、ダイオキシン類・ダスト等の法令基準値をはるかに下回る次世代のガス化焼却炉『EV-ガス化システム』の設計・製作供給をしております。

・弊社ガス化システムは、約99.9％の完全燃焼性を実現させているため、煙や臭いが発生されない事はもちろん、ダイオキシン類等の法令基準値をはるかに下回り（例:0.00018ng-TEQ/m³N）基準をクリアしているため非常にクリーンな装置です。
■■■特徴2■■■ 灰（燃え殻）が殆ど無い！
・廃棄物のガス化末期辺りから、約1,200℃でじっくりおき火燃焼させますので、最後に残る灰は約2％程度です。
■■■特徴3■■■ 燃料の節約が出来る！
・廃棄物を可燃性のガスに変換し
て、その生成ガスを燃料として使用しますから、灯油やA重油など燃料の大幅な節約が出来ます。
■■■特徴4■■■ 省力化に貢献！
・様々な種類の廃棄物を一度に混合して焼却出来、廃棄物投入の際に前処理が殆ど必要ありません。更に燃焼管理は基本的に自動運転制御を採用している為、人力による作業は少しで済みます。

・焼却の際に出る熱をそのまま大気中に逃がすのはもったいないです。その熱を回収し、床暖房や事業所等の冷暖房運転、鶏糞や汚泥の乾燥、食品工場用スチーマー、廃棄物発電やエンジンアルミ回収など、様々な熱回収活用（サーマルリサイクル）もご提案しております。

『Environment-friendly, high-performance gasification system』
Our 『EV-gasification system』 can dispose
unwanted substances and waste in the ideal shape, and combust in gas-fired boiler to generated steam and hot water, being utilized in various applications (thermal recycle). We examine each time all the data such as their size and combustion capacity, and provided the most suitable EV-gasification system. Due to gasification system, this system has good combustibility and leads to complete combustion (99.9 or more has been realized). Consequently, the concentration of dioxin and dust is at the low level. Cinders other than
non-combustibles after combustion are in the order of approx 2%.
