Hello from my remote work office!

I need help! A lot of help🙂. I am a consulting manager working in career consulting, executive search and recruitment here in Japan, and recently, the amount of assignments we are working on has grown exponentially. Therefore we are looking for new colleagues - independent / freelance consultants willing to work under our brand. Our company works with top global companies engaged in IT, Digital, Telecommunication, Fintech, EC, Digital media or Business Consulting, covering both their technology and business related positions.

This role will be a good match for you if you:

Are an entrepreneur who deals with assignments as if they were your own business.
Don’t mind working hard and being rewarded for it on a commission basis.
Are located anywhere in the world with access to your own communication devices.
Like to work with flexible hours, because you know that more important than the working time are the results.
Have good business sense. (It’s a plus if you are familiar with the Japanese business world.)
Are an experienced consultant able to immediately take on assignments, or are less experienced but eager to learn.
Have a business level command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Ideally, also have a business level command of Japanese.

Looking for a Researcher for Japan (Remote / Part time) - EAW K.K. https://sites.google.com/eawjp.com/eawjapan

We are looking for a part time Researcher with flexible working hours - (100% remote work OK). We will need your help mainly with automated candidate search, CV formatting, communication with candidates & meeting arrangements, eventually conducting candidate interviews and other related tasks based on business needs.
No experience is necessary - you will get on-the-job training, but we need you to have a
- solid business level of English and Japanese language,
- basic office tools skills (Word, Excel).
You will have fun working with us if you don’t need micromanagement, like to bring and execute new ideas, can work independently, aligned with our missions and goals. We don’t mind when and where you work, if you deliver the results.
You will be paid:
- Project based: 1500 JPY per formatted CV
- Time based: 1200 JPY per hour - for all the other search related tasks,
- Performance based: Candidate Placement Commission (percent bonus paid in case of successful placement).
