１フロア約２７坪の３階建て１棟を大きく３つのエリアで構成いたします。

全てフリーアドレスとなっており、常時４５席、最大８０席程度をご提供しています。

□annex階 セルフ・カフェ annex Floor Self Cafe
カフェエリアはミーティングや雑談に使って頂けるようにメンバー以外でもご利用頂けるオープンスペースとなっております。
The café area is an open space that can be used for meetings or casual conversations, which can be accessed by non members as well.
１～２名でご利用頂きやすい大テーブルと４名程度のお打合せに使いやすいソファブースと８名までの１ブースをご用意しています。
Provides a large table convenient for 1-2 people and 1 sofa booth which is convenient for an estimate of 4 people. One booth can be prepared for up to 8 people.
ドロップインはセルフでのフリードリンクが付いて、1000円です。
Drop in comes with a self serve drink, and costs 1000 yen

□２階 ワークエリア 2nd floor work space
ワークエリアは仕事に取り組むスタイル別に３つのスペースに分かれています。
Depending on the type of job, the work space is divided into 3 sections
・テーブルスペース table space
・デスクスペース desk space
・タタミスペース tatami (mat) space
テーブルスペースは数名で１つテーブルをシェアしコミュニケーションをはかりながら仕事をすることができるスペースで３テーブルをご用意し、組み合わせにより１つの大きなテーブルとすることも出来ます。
The table space allows multiple users to share one table for communication and sharing purposes. Three tables can also be combined in order to create one big table.
デスクスペースは隣席と目隠し程度のパーティションを用意し、お一人で仕事に集中していただくためのスペースで１０席をご用意しています。
The desk space can be privatized from adjacent desks in order to focus on individual work. 10 privatized desk space are offered.
また、各デスクに１本の有線インターネット接続もご提供します。
Each Desk has one wired internet connection.
（このスペースでは大きな声での会話や電話の通話を控えていただきます。）
This space prohibits phone calls and loud conversations.
タタミスペースは堀炬燵形式の和室で８名程度までが同時利用頂けます。
Mat (Tatami) space Japanese style room that can be accessed by up to 8 people at one time.
少し気分を変えたい時や４～８名程度のミーティングなどにもご利用頂けます。
Depending on the situation this space can also used for meetings of 4-8 people.
このフロアでは無料のコーヒー・ソフトドリンク・ミネラルウォーター、お菓子等をご提供いたします。
This floor provides complimentary coffee, soda, water, and snacks.

□３階 イベントスペース／フリースペース event space free space
イベントスペースは３０名程度のセミナーやスクーリング、交流会などにご利用頂けるフリースペースです。
The event space can is a free space that can be used for seminars, schooling, and exchange meetings.
イベントの無い時間は２階のテーブルスペースと同じようにお仕事をしていただいたり、飲食可能なスペースです。
When no events are being held, the event space can be used like the table space in the second floor. Drinking and Eating is also allowed in this area.
また、メンバー間のコミュニケーションをはかっていただくため、スタンディングのカウンターをawabar 2nd.( http://awabar.jp/ )として開放しています。
In addition in order to promote communication between members, a standing counter, Awabar 2nd Will be open.

For an annual Lump sum payment the price is 231,000 yen.
お荷物預り ¥ 2,000 （年間一括払いの場合は ¥ 22,000
お支払方法は、原則クレジットカードでのお支払となります。
A credit card must be used for payment.

□備考 Remarks
ご利用申し込みから２週間の試用期間をご用意し、納得いただいてからの課金開始となります。
Offers a two week trial period from the initial application date. Billing will customer satisfaction during the trial period.
試用期間でのキャンセルに料金は発生しませんが、仮会員証の返却はお願いしております。
There is no cancellation fee, but we ask for a provisional membership card return.
