Alma Deutscher is one of the most remarkable musical prodigies of our time. As a child, she captured global attention with her extraordinary ability to compose, play the violin, and perform on the piano at a level far beyond her years. Many admirers and media outlets celebrated her as a “reincarnation of Mozart,” recognizing in her the same rare combination of creativity, intuition, and effortless musical expression.

More than a decade ago, at just 11 years old, Alma first came to Tokyo, where she appeared on TBS television and enchanted Japanese audiences with her talent and charm. That early visit marked the beginning of a lasting connection with Japan.

Now, she returns to Tokyo in a new role—conducting the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra—demonstrating her continued evolution from child prodigy to mature artist and composer.

On this special occasion, Aventa holds exclusivity for an intimate dinner with Alma Deutscher on Monday, April 13, offering a rare opportunity to engage personally with one of the most extraordinary musical minds of her generation.

Antonio Vivaldi had been an extremely productive and creative composer. Did you know this tiny little instrument???

Maurice Steeger is a true virtuoso on this instrument. It almost sounds like a bird song... Recorder...

The instrument name recorder derives from the Latin recordārī (to call to mind, remember, recollect), by way of Middle French recorder (before 1349; to remember, to learn by heart, repeat, relate, recite, play music)[9][10] and its derivative recordeur (c. 1395; one who retells, a minstrel).[11][12] The association between the various, seemingly disparate, meanings of recorder can be attributed to the role of the medieval jongleur in learning poems by heart and later reciting them, sometimes with musical accompaniment.[10]

"The English verb record (from Middle French recorder, early thirteenth century) meant "to learn by heart, to commit to memory, to go over in one's mind, to recite", but it was not used in English to refer to playing music until the sixteenth century, when it gained the meaning "silently practicing a tune" or "sing or render in song" (both almost exclusively referring to songbirds), long after the recorder had been named. The name of the instrument is also uniquely English: in Middle French there is no equivalent noun sense of recorder referring to a musical instrument

About Antonio Vivaldi:

Antonio Lucio Vivaldi (4 March 1678 – 28 July 1741) was an Italian composer, virtuoso violinist and impresario of Baroque music.Along with Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frideric Handel, Vivaldi ranks amongst the greatest Baroque composers and his influence during his lifetime was widespread across Europe, giving origin to many imitators and admirers. He pioneered many developments in orchestration, violin technique and programmatic music. He consolidated the emerging concerto form into a widely accepted and followed idiom.

Vivaldi composed many instrumental concertos, for the violin and a variety of other musical instruments, as well as sacred choral works and more than fifty operas. His best-known work is a series of violin concertos known as The Four Seasons. Many of his compositions were written for the all-female music ensemble of the Ospedale della Pietà, a home for abandoned children. Vivaldi began studying for the priesthood at the age of 15 and was ordained at 25, but was given dispensation to no longer say public Masses due to a health problem. Vivaldi also had some success with expensive stagings of his operas in Venice, Mantua and Vienna. After meeting the Emperor Charles VI, Vivaldi moved to Vienna, hoping for royal support. However, the Emperor died soon after Vivaldi's arrival, and Vivaldi himself died in poverty less than a year later.

After almost two centuries of decline, Vivaldi's musical reputation underwent a revival in the early 20th century, with much scholarly research devoted to his work. Many of Vivaldi's compositions, once thought lost, have been rediscovered – some as recently as 2015. His music remains widely popular in the present day and is regularly played all over the world.

Imagine the Future

How would the day of an average 40 years old person look like? How and what will we eat? How will we communicate? How will we commute? What do the cities look like? How will digital and real environments have merged together? It is a great exercise to just envision the daily routines of an individual and make it as concrete as possible. Read below if you wish:

In 2040, the day of an average 40-year-old individual is shaped by advanced technologies, sustainability efforts, and a deeper integration of AI into daily life. Here’s a glimpse into a typical day, from morning to evening:

Morning
The day starts with a gentle wake-up from a smart sleep pod that monitors sleep cycles and gradually wakes the person using light, sound, and temperature adjustments. The pod provides a morning report on sleep quality, health metrics, and recommended actions for the day. A nutritionally optimized breakfast is prepared by an AI-enabled kitchen, using locally produced or lab-grown ingredients. Food in 2040 is personalized, and meals are designed to meet individual nutritional needs, often created from plant-based or cultured proteins, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

As they prepare for the day, their home adjusts to their routine: lights, temperature, and even the air quality are optimized based on real-time environmental data. Clothes are smart, adaptable, and sustainable, made from fabrics that adjust to temperature changes or incorporate health-monitoring sensors.

Mid-Morning
Travel to work or other activities is seamless and green. Most people use autonomous electric vehicles or shared public transport systems that run on clean energy. These transport modes are connected through a smart city grid, meaning traffic jams and delays are rare. Many people, however, work remotely and may have no need to commute, using virtual reality (VR) workspaces that replicate real-life office interactions.

For those working from home, they engage with colleagues through immersive holographic communication or AI avatars that enable real-time collaboration across the globe. AI systems manage their schedule and filter communications, ensuring efficiency while leaving room for creativity and deeper human interactions.

Noon
Lunch is a quick but fulfilling experience, often created by automated meal systems that grow food in vertical indoor gardens. Food can also be 3D-printed based on preferences and nutritional needs. Many prefer meals that focus on sustainable ingredients, lab-grown meats, or plant-based options that cater to global efforts to combat climate change.

Throughout the day, learning is ongoing. People engage in micro-learning sessions via AI tutors or augmented reality (AR) experiences that deliver new skills directly to their workspace. Continuous learning is common, with access to knowledge on demand, allowing people to seamlessly integrate education into their work life.

Afternoon
By the afternoon, work becomes a blend of creative collaboration and AI-enhanced productivity. AI systems handle mundane tasks, allowing individuals to focus on strategic decision-making and creative endeavors. Meetings are conducted through immersive digital environments, often in a fully virtual space where participants can manipulate 3D objects or interact as avatars in a digitally enhanced setting.

People also spend time on personal growth or well-being, with many utilizing biotech or wearable devices to manage health in real-time. It’s common to take a break for a wellness session using AI-guided meditation or personalized fitness routines, some of which happen in virtual environments like simulated nature settings.

Evening
After work, many spend time in smart recreational environments that blend physical and virtual worlds. Exercise is often gamified or enhanced by virtual reality, turning a run through the park into an immersive adventure. Those living in urban areas might participate in community-focused activities that emphasize sustainable living, such as gardening in vertical farms or using green spaces designed for social interaction.

For dinner, the focus is on convenience and sustainability. People use smart kitchens or dining services that create low-impact meals, often featuring lab-grown or plant-based proteins. Personalized nutrition is key, with AI-driven recommendations helping to reduce waste and improve individual health.

Night
Before sleep, individuals may unwind with immersive entertainment through VR or AR platforms, allowing them to experience concerts, socialize with friends across the world, or travel virtually to any location. Communication is seamless and integrated, with most conversations happening through holographic interfaces, and social media is more immersive, enabling real-time shared experiences.

Sleep in 2040 is optimized by AI sleep systems that monitor health, mood, and stress levels, making adjustments to the environment to improve rest. Individuals sleep in smart beds or pods that adapt to their body’s needs, such as adjusting firmness, temperature, and humidity to create the perfect sleep conditions.

Conclusion
In 2040, daily life is shaped by personalization, sustainability, and advanced technology. People enjoy automated yet deeply human-centered experiences, where routine activities are optimized by AI, and conscious efforts toward environmental impact are embedded in everyday choices.
