1年前、弊社のANJ日米オフイス&MWPで事業譲渡のお手伝いさせていただきましたお店Shark and Surfが5/1間もなくオープンします。場所はワイキキの中心、旧アロハテーブルワイキキの場所になります。先般、私も試食を少しさせていただき大変美味しかったです。(^.^)
間もなくオープン、素晴らしいGMとスタッフの皆様がお迎えしていただけます。

We are pleased to share that we have recently soft‑opened our new Hawaiian restaurant, Shark and Surf, in Waikiki, Hawaii.
In a space where you can truly feel the spirit of Hawaii, we serve classic favorites such as loco moco and garlic shrimp, along with visually exciting dishes designed to create memorable dining experiences.
If you’re visiting Hawaii, we would be delighted to have you stop by and enjoy a meal with us.
Operating a business overseas comes with many unknowns and ongoing challenges that differ greatly from doing business in Japan. However, thanks to the incredible support of our local manager, staff, and everyone involved, we have successfully reached our pre‑opening stage.

このたび、ハワイ・ワイキキにて、ハワイアンレストラン「シャークアンドサーフ」を新しくソフトオープンさせていただきました。
ハワイの雰囲気を感じられる空間で、ロコモコやガーリックシュリンプなどの定番メニューはもちろん、見た目も楽しめる“思い出に残る一皿”を用意していますので、ハワイに行かれる際は、ぜひ気軽に立ち寄ってもらえると嬉しいです！
日本とは異なり海外での事業はわからない事やトラブルの連続でしたが、弊社の現地MGRはじめスタッフ、関係者皆さんのご協力のおかけでなんとかプレオープンまでたどり着けました。しばらくサイレントオープンさせて頂いた後、5月1日（金）9:00〜グランドオープンとなります。
皆さんにワイキキにあって良かったと思われる店舗創りを目指して取り組んでいきますのでよろしくお願いいたします🙇
