🍎🍎THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEIGHT LOSS AND FAT LOSS 🍏🍏🍏
🍔Weight is affected by many factors such as skeleton size, muscle and fat ratio, water content, and amount of food in the stomach… Weight will change at different times of the day, for example When you wake up in the morning, you usually weigh less than after having a full meal. Weight loss is when you reduce your daily food intake, reducing the amount of water in your body.
🍎During the weight loss phase, some muscle is also lost; Because it's impossible to lose just excess fat unless you go for liposuction.
🍎On the other side, unintentional weight loss is caused by illness, medication, or other physical/psychological conditions.
🍏Fat loss: In contrast, fat loss is the loss of fat and excess body fat.
