🏡【公司新計畫｜我們要開旅館了！】

為了響應地方政府的空屋再利用政策，也為了擴展公司的事業版圖，
我們正式啟動了「簡易旅館經營計畫」！✨

旅館名稱：華軒館（Kaken-kan）（カケンカン）
⠀⠀
自從在 7 月下旬購入政府指定的空屋 以來，
我們在 9 月初開始進行修繕工程。
目前整體進度已經來到 75%，
預計在 12 月中完工，並預計明年 2 月開幕！🎉(視執照申請進度)

同時，我們也已開始向 保健所申請旅館營業許可，
並向 消防局提出消防安全檢查申請，
確保開幕前所有設施都能完全符合日本法規與安全標準。🔥🏢

待正式取得執照後，我們也會將旅館上架至 Airbnb、Booking 等平台，
讓來自世界各地的旅客都能輕鬆預訂、體驗這座海邊小鎮的溫暖與魅力。🌊✨

這不只是公司的一個新嘗試，
更是希望能為當地社區注入新活力，
讓更多人能在旅行中體驗這座小城的溫度與魅力。

English Version｜Our New Project: Opening a Guesthouse in Japan! 🇯🇵
⠀⠀
To support the local government’s vacant-house revitalization program
and expand our company’s business scope,
we’re excited to announce our plan to open a simple-style guesthouse! ✨
⠀⠀
Since purchasing a government-designated vacant house in late July,
we’ve been working on renovations since early September.
Now, we’ve completed about 75% of the progress,
and we’re aiming to finish by mid-December,
with the grand opening set for February next year! 🎉

At the same time, we’ve started applying for a lodging business license with the Public Health Center,
and have also submitted our fire safety inspection request to the local Fire Department,
ensuring full compliance with Japanese safety and legal standards before opening. 🔥🏢

Once the licenses are approved,
our guesthouse will also be listed on Airbnb,
so travelers from around the world can easily book and experience the warmth of this seaside town. 🌊✨

This project is more than just business —
it’s our way of contributing to the local community,
bringing new life to the area and creating a warm space for travelers.
