事業内容としては、日本のきのこ栽培技術を世界中のきのこ生産者に伝えるコンサルタント事業を始めとして、日本のきのこ栽培機材・資材の輸出業務、途上国へきのこ技術を提供する地域貢献事業などを主軸の事業としており、日本のきのこ関連メーカーとタッグを組み、世界へ事業の安定供給ができる環境を構築しております。
私自身、過去に8年間オーストラリアに住んでいた経験もあり、海外のビジネスには精通していると自負をしております。
今ではその経験もあり、アメリカ、ドイツやオランダなどのヨーロッパ、カナダやインドなど様々な地域のきのこ生産者に日本のきのこ栽培技術を提供しております。

SALAI International Japan specialises in Japanese mushroom-growing technology. Our main operations are working with various companies in the industry to custom-design mushroom cultivation plants to suit the needs of customers around the world, and general consulting.
Our strength lies in offering flexible service to help customers grow different mushroom varieties, which our team is able to do by collaborating closely with leading Japanese companies in a range of mushroom-related industries.
We strongly believe that the mushroom-growing industry can have a positive impact, particularly in developing nations, through creating jobs, providing food and income stability, and contributing to the community, and is a positive development in which we would like to become actively involved. We are currently spearheading a project in Imphal in northeastern India where we have introduced an Incubation Centre System (ICS) that will be responsible for incubating spawn to be inoculated into substrate which will then distributed to over 20,000 local farmers. This will lower the barriers to entry so that farmers can start a mushroom cultivation business with minimal risk. Our mushroom growing technology is also widely used in Europe and America, contributing to solving problems peculiar to advanced nations such as efficiency and reducing the cost of labour.
