一人暮らしのマイホーム。
築23年のマンションをLDKを中心にリノベーションしました。

躯体表しの壁で爽やかな素材感のあるLDK。
床暖房が設置してあるため、フローリングは既存のままにしてあります。

テーブル、椅子、ペンダントライト、ラグなど、家具は全てリノベーション前からお持ちだったもの。
ヴィンテージな雰囲気の家具に合わせて、インテリアのテイストも統一しました。

A renovation story of a couple in their 30s who just welcomed their first child.

Honest about what they love — relaxed, natural, and unpretentious.
Their home was designed to reflect their personalities,
surrounded by their favorite folk toys, local crafts, and little treasures that make them smile.

For the wife, who loves cooking, the kitchen was made as functional as a professional workspace.
A spacious laundry room allows for indoor drying,
and plenty of closets and storage keep things tidy without effort.

For the husband, who often works remotely,
two workspaces — one in the bedroom and one in the dining area —
can be used flexibly as their child grows and their lifestyle changes.

Shelving in the doma (entryway) was built for easy access to camping gear,
so weekend adventures start right from the front door.

Instead of changing their lives to fit a new house,
they created a house that fits their lives —
a home where they can simply be themselves.

好きなものに囲まれた心地よい生活感が、暮らしを暖かく包み込んでいます。

ゆったりと余白のある空間は、招かれた仲間も心地よく過ごせる、

Wall-mounted kitchen interior.

Utilizing a mortar-finished workbench that doubles as storage. The dining table is integrated, allowing for the shortest workflow for preparation and cleanup.

The kitchen is custom-made. It connects to a combined pantry and laundry room, compactly organizing the household workflow.

Beside the workbench, there's even a convenient outlet for charging smartphones.
A kitchen plan that really reaches those hard-to-get spots.

細部までこだわったオーダーメイドのキッチン。

ご夫婦共に料理が好きなため、ライブキッチンのように来客をおもてなしできる広々としたカウンターを造作しました。
収納カウンターは、炊飯器、オーブンレンジなどのキッチン家電が美しく収まるように設計しています。

キッチンの隣は洗面室。
WIC兼洗濯室〜玄関〜と回遊できるようになっています。

古道具が好きな夫婦のマンションリノベーション事例。

フレンチブルドッグのマサムネくんと暮らすお施主様夫婦。
憧れのステンレスキッチンは空間を広く使うために壁付にして、DIYの作業台と繋げてさらに延長。
3メートルを超える、２人で並んでも余裕のある便利なキッチンができました。

夫婦で一緒にごはんを作ったり、音楽フェスやキャンプに行ったり、アンティーク家具を探したり。
40年後の未来予想図にも「二人で新しい趣味を見つける」と描くほど、日々を楽しんで暮らしていらっしゃいます。

The homeowners live with their beloved French Bulldog, Masamune.
Their dream stainless steel kitchen was installed along the wall to maximize space, extended further by connecting it to a DIY workbench.
Now it's over 3 meters long—plenty of room for the two of them to cook side by side.

They enjoy cooking together, going to music festivals and camping, and hunting for vintage furniture.
In their vision of life 40 years from now, they’ve even written: “We’ll discover new hobbies together.”
That’s how much they enjoy every day as a couple.
