《大豆霊芝》
大豆霊芝は、霊芝菌を使用し発酵熟成させた大豆のことです。なぜ、大豆霊芝なのか?全ての方々、誰もが摂取し易くするようになるため、作られた健康食品です。
Soy Reishi (Reishi Fungi Fermented Ripening Soy)
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) is a mushroom of Polyporaceae which grows wild at trees and stumps of high humidity mountain. Because of hard outer shell and low germination rate of natural ganoderma, it may as very precious mushroom that we rarely cannot find it in nature.
Ganoderma lucidum is a medicinal fungus called “Lingzhi” in Chinese.
It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of various types of diseases, such as cancer, hepatopathy, arthritis, hypertension, neurasthenia, and chronic hepatitis. Obviously the anticancer activity of Ganoderma lucidum is mainly due to polysaccharides and triterpenoids of the fungus. It is expected to be the mushroom with the most considerable health-enhancing effects.
However, since the cell wall of Ganoderma lucidum is extremely hard, and its decoction makes it too bitter to drink and it is pretty difficult for many people to intake in this manner.
Therefore, to be easy for everyone to ingest Ganoderma lucidum, the fermented ripening soy with Reishi fungi, “Soy Reishi" has been developed as well.
■ 大豆霊芝の作り方や特長
畑の肉と呼ばれるほど栄養バランスに優れている国産大豆を使用して大豆霊芝をつくりました!
大豆霊芝とは、霊芝の菌を大豆に接種、培養、熟成させたもので、霊芝菌が大豆を包み込み様々な酵素を出しながら分解していきます。
真っ白な菌糸に包み込まれ、数週間熟成が終わったところで乾燥させ完成します。
■ 原材料名 大豆(日本国産)、霊芝菌、ブドウ糖/クエン酸
■ 内容量 200g(袋入り)
■ 保存方法 直射日光、高温多湿を避けてください。
■ お召し上り方
1日10粒程度、直接食べるか、白湯、味噌汁等に浸しお召し上がり下さい。
