On September 25, Azekura presents an intimate six-seat sushi event featuring Japanese sake Tatsuriki from Hyogo prefecture.

Shaped by the soil, climate, and sake rice of its place of origin, Tatsuriki brings the character of its terroir to the glass. For this special evening, experience it alongside seasonal sushi prepared from AZEKURA, bringing together two forms of Japanese craftsmanship.
