- Delivery charges must be paid in advance in case of purchase of any product.

- In case of bill payment through bKash/Nagad, the bill must be paid along with the service charge.
- Delivery will be made through 'Sundarban Courier Service' in Dhaka and neighboring districts/Upazilas of Dhaka and all over Bangladesh.
- Buyers located in Dhaka can take delivery through Pathao/Uber if they want.
- If you want, you can collect the products at your own risk within Dhaka. In that case no delivery charges will be applicable.
- In case of defective or wrong size inform us with proper proof. In that case, a new product will be substituted.
- Damaged merchandise will not be returned. If you are not willing to accept the above terms and conditions, you must inform us of the appropriate reason. If the mentioned conditions are violated, the authorities can take necessary measures. You must read all of our terms and conditions to access any service.

মিসওয়াক ফেইসবুক শপে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আপনি আমাদের পণ্যে আগ্রহী হলে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।
- যে কোন পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রীম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- পণ্য হাতে পেলে সম্পূর্ন বিল বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- বিকাশ/নগদ-এর মাধ্যমে বিল পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সার্ভিস চার্জ সহ বিল প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ঢাকা ও ঢাকার পার্শ্ববর্তী জেলা/উপজেলায় এবং সমগ্র বাংলাদেশে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেয়া হবে।
- ঢাকায় অবস্থানরত ক্রেতা চাইলে পাঠাও/উবার এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি নিতে পারেন।
- ঢাকার ভেতরে আপনি চাইলে নিজ দায়িত্বেও পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে নিতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে কোন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা সাইজ ঠিক না থাকলে উপযুক্ত প্রমাণসহ আমাদের জানাবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে নতুন পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন করে দেওয়া হবে।
- বিক্রিত মালামাল নষ্ট করলে তা ফেরত নেয়া হবে না।
উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলী স্বীকার করতে আগ্রহী না হলে উপযুক্ত কারণ অবশ্যই আমাদের জানাবেন। উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করা হলে কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করতে পারবে।
যে কোন সেবা পেতে অবশ্যই আমাদের সমস্ত শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে হবে।
