I finally made it into a Japanese pavilions—and wow, it was worth the wait!
The Iida Group Holdings & Osaka Metropolitan University pavilion is not just a vision of the future—it is the future. From smart homes with built-in AI doctors and trainers to a “Check-Up Gate” that scans your health as you walk through, Japan is designing what they call “smart living.”
🏆 Bonus? The pavilion holds TWO Guinness World Records:
- Largest building wrapped in Jacquard fabric
- Largest fan-shaped roof (could get a shot of this —please look it up!)
Blending tradition with tech, this pavilion shows Japan isn’t aiming for 2030… it’s already living in 2050.
