* 2008: Osaka office moved to the present new location.(Nishi-ku, Osaka)
* 2005: Formed a new partnership with "Classic Helicopter Corp." in Seattle.
* 2004: Started services related to medical transportation assistance using chartered aircraft.
* 2001: 911 attack occured in NY. This adversely affected to flight
training business, however, on the other hand, corporate jet related market had picked up by demand of corporate executives expecting for ultimate security of transportation.
* 1997: "Rainbow Air Academy" in Long Beach CA took over the flight training activity from "E.F.I." moved to the former.
* 1995: The Great Kobe Earthquake occured. This had extensively affected to our business in Osaka but contributed somewhat to touch off demand of charter helicopter and we opened up new project for taking timely advantage in the market.
* 1993: Corona airport(AJO) in California, where Hiser's main base was located, was badly flooded and the base was forced to move out to nearby French-Valley airport (F70). The flight school had unexpectedly been closed down by Hiser's management when the new operation in French-Valley airport lasted for only 8 months after the disastar in Corona. All of the operational activity at the Osaka office was consequently taken over by another American flight training firm "E.F.I. : Everything Flyable Inc." based in Long Beach CA thereafter.
* 1991: Got assigned official duty to marketing in western Japan by Hiser and established the local office in Osaka operating two helicopters for promotion purposes.
* 1989: Started working for "Hiser Helicopters Inc.", a subsidiary of a Japanese M&A firm "IRD", concurrently as the representative staff and a flight instructor.
* 1988: Completed programs for professional pilot.
* 1985: Made transition to helicopter training.
* 1980: Got over to US for airplane training.
* 1978: Started working as a flight Instructor as well as a mechanic of glider.
* 1975: Takumi Matsuura (Founder) started glider training.
