パキスタン大使館にて行われたKPBOIT、日本企業誘致イベントでビデオ講演させていただきました。
パキスタンKP州の魅力と日本企業のもつアドバンテージについて、日本企業５０社の前でお話しさせていただいております。

I gave a video lecture at the KPBOIT, an event to attract Japanese companies, held at the Pakistan Embassy.
I spoke in front of 50 Japanese companies about the appeal of KP Province, Pakistan, and the advantages that Japanese companies have.

パキスタンVisualSoft社(Rawalpindi)とIT開発連携相互協力でMoU締結後の訪問をさせていただきました。
IoTの分野では世界的にも先駆者で、RFIDは20年以上前から携わっており、相応の経験が必要なカメラ遠隔コントロールや機械操作関連に長年携わっている企業様です。ソフトウェア中心の弊社の弱みをカバーしつつ相互に補完しあえる関係性を築く協力をお約束しました。

We visited VisualSoft (Rawalpindi) in Pakistan after signing an MoU for mutual collaboration in IT development.
VisualSoft is a pioneer in the IoT field, having been involved with RFID for over 20 years and having many years of experience in camera remote control and machine operation, which require considerable experience. We promised to cooperate by building a mutually complementary relationship that will cover our software-centric weaknesses.

ITWeek 2025 スリランカブースにて弊社スリランカチームであるSoftSora社が100社以上の応募の中から選出され、JICA発展途上国連携の一環としてブース出店いたしました。
合計で200社以上のリードを獲得し、順次商談を重ねております。
現地CEOとCTOは初の日本滞在を緊張する暇もないくらい忙しい過密スケジュールで、通常業務と並行しながら大使館系のイベントやブース商談を行いつつも、念願の秋葉原や新幹線、日本の観光地を僅かながら楽しめたようです。
やはりドン・キホーテは神のようです。

Our Sri Lankan team, SoftSora, was selected from over 100 applicants to set up a booth at the Sri Lanka booth at ITWeek 2025 as part of JICA's collaboration with developing countries.
We have received leads from over 200 companies in total and are currently conducting business negotiations.
The local CEO and CTO had such a busy schedule that they had no time to even feel nervous about their first visit to Japan. While attending embassy events and holding business meetings at the booths in addition to their regular work, they also managed to enjoy a little of their long-awaited time in Akihabara, on the Shinkansen, and at Japanese tourist spots.

パキスタンKP州の新聞に掲載されました。
パキスタンKP州の省庁を飛び越えて連携協力する新組織であるKPBOITの日本唯一の公式パートナーとなり、KP州での農業分野、IT分野、人材育成分野における連携相互協力を行うこととなります。
農業は国際競争力の強化をゴールとして、生産効率向上や六次化を日本企業ともに進めていく
ITは人材や技術に関して日本とパキスタンの双方連携強化を進めていく
人材育成はスタートアップへの投資誘致や日本市場への誘致支援などを中心とする若年世代への支援
を順次行っていく計画を進めております。

Featured in a newspaper in KP Province, Pakistan.
We have become the only official Japanese partner of KPBOIT, a new organization that collaborates across Pakistan's KP province ministries and agencies, and will engage in mutual collaboration in the fields of agriculture, IT, and human resource development in KP province.
In agriculture, with the goal of strengthening international competitiveness, we will work with Japanese companies to improve production efficiency and promote sixth-generation agriculture.
In IT, we will strengthen bilateral collaboration between Japan and Pakistan in the areas of human resources and technology.
In human resource development, we are planning to support the younger generation, focusing on attracting investment to startups and helping them enter the Japanese market.
We are working on plans to gradually implement these initiatives.

KPBOIT連携の1つとして、パキスタンKP州のスタートアップハブであるBIC(Business intubation center)とNIC(National incubation center)に訪問いたしました。
どちらも大変魅力的なスタートアップも多く在籍しており、なかには数十億ドルの投資獲得をした企業もいるようです。
パキスタンの情報はあまり日本までは届いておりませんが、UKやヨーロッパ、GCC諸国をターゲットとした多くの企業や人材を輩出しており、日本市場にも通用する人材や技術者が多く存在しております。
両国の発展のため弊社としても尽力していきます。

As part of our KPBOIT collaboration, we visited the BIC (Business Intubation Center) and NIC (National Incubation Center), startup hubs in KP Province, Pakistan.
Both are home to many attractive startups, some of which have apparently secured billions of dollars in investment.
While not much information about Pakistan reaches Japan, the country has produced many companies and talent targeting the UK, Europe, and GCC countries, and there are many talents and engineers who are suited to the Japanese market.
We will continue to work hard for the development of both countries.

本年は大変お世話になりました！
今年はコロナの渡航制限も明け、色々なビジネスが動く一年となり、
パキスタンやドバイへの出張(計算したら100日オーバー!)の多忙な一年となりました。
東京にお呼ばれすることも多く、
自動車輸出関係、中東ビジネス支援関係、ITオフショア開発関係、のどれもが大成長する一年となりました。

2024年は、創業記念5年目の記念日である2月6日にFrontieer Japan合同会社に法人化となり、
またスリランカのSoftsora LLCが正式な子会社となり、
またパキスタンではFrontieer PK LLCがスタートとなります。
2023年1月の7名体制から、2024年は26名のスタートとなります。

2020年2月6日の小さなドバイのシェアハウスから始まったFrontieerですが、ここまで大きく成長を遂げることができました。

全てが本当に皆様のお力添えのおかげで、心より大変感謝申し上げます。

今年は出張中に祖父が亡くなり喪中のため、皆様に直接ご挨拶にお伺いすることが難しいため皆様と繋がっているFacebookでご挨拶とさせていただきます。

日本全国でもあまり多くない、というか数社しかいないパキスタン進出支援企業として、ビジネスノウハウを書かせていただきました。
流し見でそんな感じなんだーという気楽さでお読みいただけたらと思います。
実際はもっとハードなことだったり、普通のことを普通にやってもらうための定義など大変なことは多くありますが、ほんのちょっとだけどもかなり注意ポイントです。
