トランス入れ替え工事、無事完了しました！💡
2019年に導入した株式会社松浦機械製作所の「MX520」、そして2022年に導入した中村留精密工業株式会社の「MX100」。
この2台の高性能マシンには、日々大活躍してもらっています。
ただ、ひとつ問題が…
それは「電力消費量」。
どちらも優れた機械なんですが、なんと従来比で約2倍の電力を消費するんです。
その影響で、弊社の小さなトランス（変圧器）では容量不足に…。
「このまま夏本番を迎えて、エアコンもフル稼働させたら、トランスが飛んでしまうかも…!?」
そんな心配が現実味を帯びてきたため、（有）ウインドあだちさんにお願いして、トランスの入れ替え工事を行っていただきました。
おかげさまで、工事は無事完了！✨
これでこの夏も安心して、エアコンもマシンもガンガン動かして仕事に励めそうです。

These two high-performance machines are doing a great job every day.
But there's one problem...
It is "power consumption."
Both are excellent machines, but they consume about twice as much power as before.
As a result, our small transformer (transformer) is out of capacity...
"If the air conditioner is fully operational in the summer, the transformer might fly..."
"As such concerns became more realistic, I asked Mr. Wind Adachi to do the transformer replacement work."
Thanks to you, the construction has been completed successfully! ✨
With this, I feel relieved this summer, and I think I can work hard by running both the air conditioner and the machine.
