Goodbye, But Not Goodbye
Since 2015, Gratitude Factory has been on a ten-year roller coaster ride — full of challenges, lessons, and unforgettable experiences. We have grown, stumbled, learned, and risen again, all because of the trust and support you’ve given us.
Now, after a decade of service, it is time for Gratitude Factory to pause. This is not the end — only a moment to recharge, reimagine, and prepare for what comes next.
We say “goodbye” today, but not forever. In time, we will return, stronger and better, ready to serve you with the quality and care you deserve, and the solutions that meet your evolving needs.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for walking this journey with us. Until we meet again.

2015年の設立から10年間、Gratitude Factoryはまさにジェットコースターのような日々を歩んできました。挑戦もあれば学びもあり、たくさんの経験を通じて成長することができました。これもひとえに皆さまのご支援と信頼のおかげです。
そして今、Gratitude Factoryは一旦歩みを止める時を迎えます。これは終わりではなく、新しいステージへ進むための充電期間です。
今日お別れを告げますが、決して永遠のさよならではありません。私たちは必ず戻ってきます。より強く、より良くなって、皆さまにふさわしいサービス、そして時代のニーズに応える価値をお届けできるように。
