We are excited to share a success story from the "Hyogo Open Innovation Matching 2024"! Hakutsuru Sake Brewing and the agritech startup "Spice Cube" have launched a limited-edition sake: "HAKUTSURU SAKE CRAFT No.15 Hop & Basil."

This isn't just a new flavor; it's a feat of circular economy. They captured CO2 generated during fermentation and used it to grow basil in Spice Cube's indoor farming units. That basil was then harvested to brew this unique sake! ♻️

【News: Creww CEO Sorato Ijichi to Speak at "TechGALA Japan 2026" Side Event】

We are pleased to announce that our CEO Sorato Ijichi, will be speaking at a side event hosted by the Japan Association of New Economy (JANE) during "TechGALA Japan 2026," the largest technology festival in the Tokai region.

The event is titled "JANE Roars! The Ideal Form of Startup Policy!". Sorato will take the stage as a member of JANE's "Startup Policy Task Force." Based on their latest policy recommendations, the panel will passionately discuss the challenges and necessary improvements regarding the government's "5-Year Startup Plan."

Networking will follow the session, offering a chance to exchange ideas with speakers and participants.

Breaking News: Broadcasting Meets Tech Startup in Hyogo! 📺🚀

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic collaboration born from the "HYOGO Open Innovation Matching 2025"! Sun TV (a regional broadcaster) and the startup "Hakobun" have launched a Proof of Concept (PoC) to redefine media value.

Using Hakobun's "Honne POST," a digital letter tool powered by AI and psychology, they aim to collect the "true feelings" (VOC) of viewers that TV ratings can't capture. It is inspiring to see traditional media embracing open innovation to uncover hidden needs and create new business opportunities.
