We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting 'Taiwan Semiconductor & Startup Day' in Tokyo on May 14.
Joseph Chang, Founder & CEO of Taiwan Intellectual Capital, an expert in intellectual property in the semiconductor field, will share the trends and future developments of Taiwan's semiconductor industry.
IAPS, a Taiwanese accelerator affiliated with National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, will talk about its extensive network in the semiconductor field and its support schemes for Japanese startups.
Additionally, two semiconductor startups, Jmem tek and Ranictek, will present their technology overviews and growth strategies to Japanese investors and companies.

On February 24th, Governor Ikeda of Kagawa Prefecture, the CEO of Takamatsu Airport, and a total of 13 people visited Taiwan.
We invited them to Taiwan Tech Arena with the support of IAPS, where we introduced Taiwanese startups.
Takamatsu Airport and Taoyuan Airport have daily flights, and Kagawa Prefecture is especially strengthening its relations with Taiwan.

We were consulted by Kagawa Prefecture at the end of last year about Governor Ikeda's visit, and this time’s exchange was realized thanks to the great support by IAPS.
Also S***a Kikuoka, our CEO, also participated on the day. The great team of IAPS led a tour of TTA and approximately an hour and a half of exchange and introduction of startups.
The two companies, PanelSemi and Gogoout, gave presentations, and VMFi conducted a demonstration of its service.

The people from Kagawa showed a very high interest in collaboration with Taiwan startups, and we will take action to make that a reality.

On February 19th and 20th, our CEO S***a Kikuoka was invited by JETRO Wakayama to give a lecture to Japanese companies looking for business opportunities in Taiwan.
(Unfortunately, the only available photos are ones taken by S***a himself from the lectern..)
It also became an opportunity to interact with many CEOs aiming to expand their business in Taiwan.

Meet Taipei & Healthcare+ Expo

We had the opportunity to speak at Meet Taipei and Medtech Starthub at Healthcare+ Expo.
This was our first time attending both events, and both were great events with a lot of people and full of energy.
Based on our experiences with companies from Taiwan and other countries, our CEO S***a Kikuoka gave presentations on how to enter the Japanese market with case studies.

Taiwan Expo was held in Tokyo from November 9 to 11.
Taiwan Expo is a major event organized by the Taiwanese government, and this was the first time to be held in Japan.
Work Capital was in charge of organizing the Metaverse Forum, one of the highlight events of the expo.
Approximately 130 people attended the forum, which was a very active event.
Our CEO, S***a Kikuoka, moderated the forum.
