PUK CODE ???

The PUK CODE, is a code consisting of 8 digits. PUK CODE is required to unlock your sim card if you try to unlock/lock your sim card, however wrong PIN is entered. Once sim card is locked due to wrong entered PIN, the sim card service will be suspended. If wrong PUK code is entered 10 times in row, the SIM card will become permanently blocked and unrecoverable, requiring a replacement.
