2024年収穫の新茶が入荷しました!
4/30に収穫したばかりの初物です✨
煎茶"はるか"は、日本一煎茶の評価が高い茶産地の京都府和束町で収穫された、”やぶきた”です。
やぶきたは、全国のお茶の75%を占める日本人に愛されている品種で、土地の香りを最も引き出すことができます。
京都府和束町は現在でこそ標高100m以上の山間の土地ですが、太古の時代には琵琶湖があった場所で、山の上の茶畑から貝殻が出てくることがあります。
ミネラルたっぷりで粘土質の土壌は、和束町ならではの香りをお茶に与えます。
土地の香りと濃い味わいのやぶきたの特徴を活かすため、あえて黒いネットをかけずに育てました。
爽やかな味わいをお楽しみ下さい。
初物を召し上がると寿命が75日伸びると申します。

Tea harvested in 2024 has arrived!
It's just harvested on April 30th.
Sencha "Haruka" is "Yabukita" harvested in Wazuka-cho, Kyoto Prefecture, known as the tea producing area with the highest sencha rating in Japan.
Yabukita is a variety loved by Japanese people, accounting for 75% of the tea in the country, and is able to bring out the aroma of the soil to the fullest.
Wazuka-cho is currently a mountainous area with an altitude of over 100m, but in ancient times it was where Lake Biwa was located, and shells are sometimes found in the tea fields on the mountain.
The clay soil, rich in minerals, gives the tea the aroma unique to Wazuka-cho.
In order to make the most of the aroma of the soil and the strong flavor of Yabukita, we deliberately grew it without covering it with black nets.
