We are recruiting a Sales Specialist for ECD (Easy Collect & Drop) delivery services (Gauteng, South Africa), the job is contract base.

《Conditions》
・Position：Sales Specialist (New Customer Acquisition)
・Contract Type：Subcontractor
・Contract Period：3 months (*Contract renewal depends on performance)
・Target clients：E-commerce/retail companies based in South Africa（Net new customers）
・Location: Gauteng, South Africa
・Work style：Remote + onsite
・Compensation System：
1) Large scale companies(Over ZAR 14M in annual sales)：ZAR 30K/contract
2) Middle scale companies(ZAR 7M~ZAR 14M in annual sales)：ZAR 20K/contract
3) Small scale companies(Under ZAR 7M in annual sales)：ZAR 10K/contract
*100% commission, any base fee is NOT provided by And Africa
*Any additional expenses should be borne by the subcontractor
《Scope of Work》
Subcontractor is required to lead end-to-end sales process from appointment to deal closing as follows;
1. Sales Strategy Development
・Create a list of potential customers from your existing network
・Develop a sales plan and execute
・Manage pipeline and report regularly
2. Contact to customers and set up meetings
・Contact to the potential customers by sending an e-mail, phone calls, direct message via chat tools/SNS
・Coordinate and lead the meetings
3. Discussion and negotiations
・Develop proposals about delivery partnership which can solve customer’s pain points or address their needs
4. Deal closing
・Convince customer to be a delivery partner of ECD and closing the deal
《Basic Requirements》
Ø You must have：
・Language：English（Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, ）
・Educational background：Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
(e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, etc)
・Legal permission/rights to work in South Africa
・Over +3 (three) years of sales experience (IT relates products/service is preferable)
・Having direct contact with E-commerce/retail companies in South Africa
*Subcontractor is required to create and submit the potential customer list before starting sales activity (need to have more than 100 connections at least)

・Having a strong connection with a decision-maker of the potential client
・Proven track record of successful sales performance
・Have an ability to plan a sales strategy, pipeline management, and quick ex*****on
・Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills essential to interact with corporate clients
・Have a basic IT knowledge and willingness to catch up with technical development to be successful medium between customers and engineers
・General knowledge about Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
・Ability to use Slack, Zoom, or any relevant communication tools
・High level of values, integrity, and ethics to ensure quality member service.
