海岸線の遊歩道を太陽が登る方向を背にして歩き始める時はただの曇り空で10分後折り返し時点で振り向いたらまん丸お日様!!! お日様は写真よりもっとオレンジで空が白くてとっても美しかった!!!🤗 When I started walking along the coastal promenade with the sunrise behind me, it was just a cloudy sky—but ten minutes later, when I turned around at my turnaround point, there was a perfectly round sun! The sun was an even deeper orange than in the photo, and against the white sky, it was absolutely beautiful! 🤗

とても気持ちの良い朝のウォーキングでした。少し前に膝が痛くなったけど、スロージョギングをやめてスイミングも泳ぐより水中ウォーキングを増やしました。最近は痛みを感じません。しばらくこんな感じで行こうかな!!😄 It was a really pleasant morning walk. I had some knee pain a while back, so I stopped slow jogging and switched from actual swimming to doing more water walking. I haven't felt any pain lately. I think I'll keep doing things this way for a while! 🤗

I overslept by 10 minutes this morning, so I managed to get ready in just 5 minutes—instead of my usual 20—before heading out for a walk. Turns out, it’s actually doable! 👍
