The Second Term 2026 has officially begun—a fresh opportunity to build stronger, more supportive school communities.
Training student leaders and peer counsellors is not just an activity; it is an investment in the heart of the school. Well-trained student leaders promote discipline, responsibility, and effective communication between students and administration. They become role models who influence positive behaviour and help create a conducive learning environment.
Peer counsellors, on the other hand, play a critical role in supporting fellow learners emotionally and socially. In a time when many students face academic pressure, mental health challenges, and social struggles, trained peer counsellors provide a safe space for listening, guidance, and early intervention. This strengthens the overall wellbeing of learners and enhances academic performance.
At Royal Minds Educational and Counselling Consultants, we are committed to equipping these young leaders with practical skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. Our training is impactful, engaging, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each school.
We are currently receiving bookings for Second Term training, and we warmly invite schools to partner with us in nurturing responsible, confident, and compassionate student leaders.
We also take this opportunity to sincerely appreciate all schools and teams that have already trained with us. Your commitment to empowering learners and building strong leadership structures is truly commendable. Together, we are shaping a generation that will lead with integrity and purpose.
We wish all schools, educators, and learners a blessed and productive term.

Sometimes what looks like a break is actually a new beginning. The challenges we face can either stop us or shape us, depending on how we choose to see them. Every problem carries a lesson, a chance to grow, and an opportunity to create something better.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to High School for once again opening their doors for a second powerful engagement with their student council leaders.

Being invited back is not just an honor—it is a strong statement of commitment. A commitment to excellence. A commitment to intentional leadership. A commitment to raising a generation of students who lead with discipline, purpose, and character.

During this training, we witnessed something truly inspiring—growth, confidence, boldness, and a renewed sense of responsibility among the student leaders. This is what happens when a school chooses to invest in leadership development.

Student leaders are not just representatives—they are key drivers of school success. When empowered and well-trained, they play a critical role in:
1. Promoting academic excellence by influencing a culture of focus, accountability, and peer motivation
2. Enhancing discipline and order by serving as bridges between students and administration
3. Shaping character and values through positive example and peer influence
4. Nurturing talent and co-curricular growth by championing participation, creativity, and holistic development

At Royal Minds Educational and Counselling Consultancy (ROMECC), we celebrate Baringo High School for setting the pace.

You are not just building leaders for your school—you are shaping voices and change-makers for society.

And this is our clarion call to schools across the country:

"Leadership is not automatic—it is cultivated."

Great schools do not just produce top grades—they produce visionary, responsible leaders.
Now is the time to invest in your student leaders.

Now is the time to build capacity, nurture potential, and shape the future intentionally.

Let us partner with you to raise a generation of empowered, disciplined, and impactful student leaders.

Together, we are not just training leaders—we are shaping the future.

Student Leadership That Delivers Results

Over the weekend, Royal Minds Educational and Counselling Consultants successfully trained student council leaders from:

1. Moi Kapsowar Girls’ High School,
2. AIC Chepkemel Secondary School, and
3. St. Joseph’s Kipsoen Boys’ High School.

For Moi Kapsowar Girls’ High School, this marked our second year consecutively training the student leaders—a powerful endorsement and confirmation of the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of our programs.

Through carefully designed modules on roles and responsibilities of the student council, becoming a role model, principles of effective student councils, leadership skills, and balancing leadership with academic excellence, we equip student leaders to strengthen discipline, academic focus, talent development, communication, and smooth school routines.

This is leadership training that transforms schools.

Great things never begin with hesitation—they begin with belief. Believing boldly means trusting in your potential, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. It’s the courage to take that first step, the confidence to keep going when challenges arise, and the faith that your efforts will lead to growth and success.

When you believe boldly, you inspire action—not just in yourself, but in those around you. You turn doubt into determination, fear into fuel, and dreams into achievable goals. Remember, bold belief is not about having all the answers; it’s about having the courage to start, to try, and to rise again when things don’t go as planned.
So today, choose to believe in yourself.

Choose to trust your journey. Choose boldness, and watch how your life unfolds in ways you never imagined.

Believe boldly. Act courageously. Achieve remarkably.
