The people have spoken, and the latest IRS Poll shows Kimani Wamatangi out in front with 35.6% if elections were held today. Patrick Wainaina (16.1%), Alice Nganga (13.8%), James Nyoro (12.6%) and John Mwaura (10.3%) are bunched closely behind, with William Kabogo at 2.3%. With 9.2% still undecided, there is everything to play for. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Our latest senatorial poll shows that if elections were held today, Ken Babu would lead with 32.5% of voter support. Phelix Oduor(Jalang’o) comes second with 20.5%, followed closely by Beatrice Waithera at 18.9%, meaning the top three candidates together account for about 72% of voter preference.

The remaining candidates register lower support: Faith Odhiambo (6.8%), Cecil Miller (3.8%), Reuben Ndolo and William Karuga (2.3% each), and Mike Sonko (0.8%).

A notable 12.1% of respondents remain undecided, a bloc large enough to influence the outcome should it swing decisively toward any one candidate.

While Babu holds a clear advantage, the margin of just 1.6 percentage points between Odiwuor and Waithera shows that the contest for second place remains open.

These findings reflect voter sentiment at the time of the survey and should not be read as a prediction of the final result.

📊 IRS POLLS | Nairobi Governor Race

If elections were held today, Babu Owino would lead with 44%, followed by James Gakuya (31%) and Johnson Sakaja (14.3%). Agnes Kagure stands at 4.8%, while Bp. Margaret, Moses Kuria and Alandwa each have 1.2%. Just 2.4% are undecided.

Owino and Gakuya together account for 75% of voter preference, which points to a tight contest at the top. With so few undecided voters, the race for the middle ground is limited.

Intel Research Solutions Limited (IRS) has released the results of its latest poll on the Nairobi Woman Representative race.

If elections were held today, Millicent Omanga would take the lead with 32.1%, followed by Crystal Asige at 25.6% and Karen Nyamu at 14.1%. Esther Passaris (10.2%), Faith Odhiambo (9%), Pauline Njoroge (6.4%), and Faith Nguthu (1.3%) follow, while 1.3% of respondents remain undecided.

Omanga leads Asige by 6.5 points, and the top two candidates together account for more than half of voter preference.
