being your own close protection
As we continue to polarize our political stances, this is just going to get worse. We need to provide more security for our candidates, at minimum they should be briefed on what type of activity to be on the look out for. If threats are received the Police should get involved as soon as possible. If there are protectors out there reading this, this can be an opportunity to hone your skills a bit. Normally not a paid gig, but a good way to advertise your services, and protecting our local candidates is always a good move.
