JEWELRY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Raw to Radiant is a skill-based empowerment program that trains individuals how to create handmade brass wire jewelry for sustainable income generation, healing and dignity restoration.
This program uses jewelry-making as both an economic and therapeutic tool, enabling individuals to transform raw materials into market-ready products while rebuilding confidence, identity and self-worth.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The program aims to:
1. Equip participants with practical brass wire jewelry-making skills.
2. Enable participants to produce sellable, high-quality jewelry.
3. Support income generation and financial independence.
4. Promote healing, creativity, and restored dignity
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program runs for 1 day (6-7 hrs) and is delivered through hands-on, participatory training sessions.
Participants are trained in:
1.Basic and immediate brass wire techniques
2.Simple pricing and record keeping
3. Market readiness and income pathways
INCOME AND SUSTAINABLE MODEL:
After training, participants generate income through,
1. Individuals sales
2. Group or collective production
3. Wholesale orders facilitated by partner organizations
This approach ensures immediate income opportunities and long-term sustainability beyond the training period.
The facilitatior provides curriculum design, hands-on training, mentorship, and quality assurance throughout the program.
