Customer complaint ... The engine would not start,...
The kind of crazy things we come across in this field
This excavator was brought to me having no crank no start condition..
Now the obvious first place to start in my diag. was at the battery & guess what we found..
Positive to negative & negative to positive..
I was then made to understand that a DIYer was there trying to fix the issue & that was the end result.
The battery had to be replaced
