Life tests judgment. It tests resilience. It tests discipline and most of all, it tests a young person’s sense of direction.

Every year, thousands of students leave Form Four with certificates in their hands yet with loads of uncertainty in their hearts. When they encounter pressure, freedom, tough choices and the realities of life after school, many feel unprepared and sometimes act out of ignorance.

We all know academic knowledge alone is not enough and in that quiet space between school success and life readiness, too many dreams slowly lose momentum.

That is the gap the IT'S A CHANGE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM is curated to fill.

It’s a Change Mentorship Program is not a motivational talk.

What a privilege it was to facilitate a deep, spirit-stirring training with the Guidance & Counselling team at BUTERE TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
Something powerful happened .....

What began as a workshop became a movement of healing.

✨ Counsellors rediscovered their calling as restorers and care takers of destinies

✨ They embraced counselling not as a duty but as a ministry

✨ Barriers broke, compassion rose, purpose became clear

✨ A fully structured Peer–to–Peer Mentorship movement was launched

✨ Counselors committed to becoming safe places for students

One participant said:

“We walked in as a department. We are walking out as carriers of hope.”

Yeeeey!!!

To God be the glory!!!

It's been such an exhilarating, amazing experience with these incredible boys and girls as we journeyed together in our *FORM FOUR LEAVERS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM* for the last 7 weeks.

It's been 13 sessions of pure bliss as we equipped them with skills to not only prepare them for the life ahead but we also drilled in the essence of living with intentionality and having the courage to persue the seemingly impossible with clear goals broken down into daily doable habits.

What a beauty to see them transform, discarding their old self limiting beliefs and embracing the courage and vigour to become their absolute best.

What excites me the most is the clarity of their career choices, a confluence of their gifts and skills with alignment to what the world needs. They have now found their place of meaning and guess what!! they just cant wait, they cant wait to dig in, *UNLEASH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL* and leave an indelible mark in their spaces of expertise and gifting.

They no longer resonate with ordinary. With God's leading and unmatched audacity, they now step into the world as *GAME CHANGERS*

We beautifully wrapped our mentorship program with fun adrenaline filled activities and to say they are ready for their next level of life is such an understatememet. They are fidgeting to get their hands onto to the world and make a difference.

The activities were meant to challenge their "cans and cant's", push their boundaries and drive out any iota of fear lifting them to an unstoppable space.

Aaaaah!!! We had a ball!!

Another week to arise and work on your dreams.
A week to keep moving, to keep pushing no matter what.
Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward and savouring the journey.
Remember only you holds the vision for your life and you cannot afford to give up. If you have to stand alone, stand courageously like a tree but if ever you fall down, grow back like a seed and fight for your dreams!!! There is always a second chance.
Another chance for a greater comeback.

Work relentlessly for your dreams because Everything is ALL possible!!!

Once they get into our mentorship program, we become family; they become my sons and daughters forever.The bond we create is priceless, it transcends the 10 sessions program..It's a relationship we build for life.

What an honour to catch up with the Alumni of IT'S A CHANGE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE FORM 4 GRADUATES CLASS OF 2021.

They are gladly navigating through life in campus and college. They have a pristine focus of whom they desire to become and are enthusiastically summiting their mountains of excellence. Watch out for them!!!

Good day friends,

Time, chance and opportunity happens to them all but it is those who have mastered the ART OF TAKING ACTION that nail on the real deals skyrocketing them to the corridors of success.

Successful actions requires the combination of Strategy, Speed and right Timing.

Module 3 on IT'S ACHANGE mentorship program for form four graduates.

✳️ Equips them with skills to not only See but Seek and Seize opportunities that would come their way.

✳️Equips them with skills to formulate action plans with strategy, speed and timing in mind.
