As a measure to curb increasing youth unemployment in the country Vince Master Cleaners, incorporated as Cleaning services company under the armour of Jiamini Forum started a youth empowerment program that absorbs unemployed youths and assist them build on their skills, capabilities and careers by offering them a chance to practice their skills, training and experience in our cleaning company.
Incorporated in 2020, Vince Master Cleaners has worked to train youths in professional cleaning services that include home cleaning techniques, pest control services as well as garbage collection.
We are hiring the following positions and invite interested individuals to send their applications before the deadline of 20th October 2020

1. General Cleaners

Responsibilities
-Daily/weekly/biweekly cleaning of designated locations that include moping, dusting, vacuum cleaning etc
-Maintain our standards of hygiene and responsibilities in their designated locations.
-Be a link between the company and client in their designated location
-Perform any other role requested by client in their designated location
-Be the custodian of company equipment

Requirements:

-At least a form four leaver with original certificate
- Certificate of good conduct from National Police Service
- Ability to speak and understand Kiswahili or English
-Have original copies of National Identification card,NHIF,NSSF
-Work under very minimal supervision or be self supervised
-Be available anytime when called upon to take action within their designated locations

Marketers

Responsibilities
-Marketing the company services to potential clients
-Securing potential market for company's products
-Procurement of company equipment and supplies

Requirements:
-Proven record or ability to perform all the above listed responsibilities
-Certificate of sales and marketing or recommendation documents for proof of capabilities
-Must be computer literate
-Proven record or ability to create a workable business platform
