The preconditions for requires that every health system has to provide:
1. The balance, be it in absolute numbers and the right skill mix.
2. be it the reduction of emotional strain often seen in the form of; disrespect, unfair remuneration, learning by humiliation or workplace bullying to enable harm reduction both for patients and the workforce itself.
3. The necessary resources to anchor , even though resources might be scarce in most set-ups, we must as a matter of urgency eliminate the difficult working environment that the Health Workforce being called are expected to contend with.
Only then, can we walk the and assure ourselves of and in the process of delivery.
