The National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) hereby notifies you of your nomination to participate as a Recognition of Prior Learning Practitioner (RPLP) under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programme being implemented through the NYOTA Project.
The National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) is a regulatory body established under the Industrial Training Act, Cap 237 of the laws of Kenya. It is responsible for assessing Industrial Training, testing occupational skills and awarding certificates including Government Trade Test Certificates among other functions.
The (NYOTA) Project is a Government of Kenya initiative supported by the World Bank aimed at enhancing youth employability through skills recognition and alignment of competencies with labour market needs. In this regard, you will be engaged in RPL Awareness Creation and Screening of RPL Applicants.
The exercise is scheduled to be conducted from Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th January 2026 across all the 47 counties of Kenya. Participants will therefore travel to their desgnited centres on Monday 26th January 2026.

You are required to confirm your availability to participate in the exercise to facilitate the issuance of further details regarding your specific engagement. Kindly submit your confirmation on or before Sunday 25th January 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
