They can buy and compromise Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) Officials, Nairobi City County Government Public Healthy officials, harass and sack staff on grounds they leak business secrets but we shall not tire Until they reform and STOP REPACKAGING OF EXPIRED GOODS and EXTENSION OF PRODUCT LIFE beyond stable shelf life.

Our response to Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) MD promise to tame Rice Adulteration.

Colonel Eng., you and your team can do better. We are attempted to believe you BUT......
Do not react because media has shouted.
As long you your team is compromised or cheated by even serial offender who has been charged in court for adulteration and packing of food for human consumption.
How come Millet, Sorghum, Cassava etc sourced locally with shelf life of 5-6 months are repackaged and given Extended Shelf Life of 18months? What enriches span? We flagged matter of coconut flour, packed after expiry, Light Rye Flour and Dates expiring in June/July and October 2023 are repacked and give shelf life of 12-18 months from date of packing?
Your team can do derivative traceability tests?
Why should we believe KEBS even with such blatant FAILURES?

Many Mackenzies Out Here.
When I listen to, read and view reports on # *shakaholamassacre* , am deeply hurt. It's SAD. It's PAINFUL. It's UNFORTUNATE.

But listen, why are we castigating the "Pastor" and not his his equivalent criminals?
We are reacting to reported Deaths. Yes, ok to react.

But then; why not include
1. *Enterprises and Offices polluting our rivers, soils, air, underground water etc* with killer contaminants;
People abstracting from Athi water, Tana and many others are slowly poisoned or are poisoning masses and killings us in big numbers (Why? Nairobi River, and Rivers in metropolitan, sewers, storm runoffs etc that are heavily polluted and drain into our rivers, unsuspecting masses downstream use the water without even little treatment! Killer accumulants and pathogens have filled our systems and food chains..Daily, we are loosing the battle. Nema, Public Health, Medical Teams not helping.

2. Adulterated and substandard Food and consumer Goods have flooded our markets. When Kenya wants to export, KEBS, EU, FDA name them, demand for all Quality Assurance Test (now even include Cruelty Tests) for our produces. From Heavy metal, Pestcide residual, traceability tests, microbiological score name it. When Indian, Chinese Importers and Traders import into Kenya & EA , our region becomes dumping area.. all sorts of substandard goods with no traceability land on out shelfs. Expired, heavily fumigated (pesticides), preservative, additives, commercial lies are all packaged and branded by marketing gurus and media houses. They item then lands on our table and lives...we develop complications, diseases and we are loosing battles.. Kebs, public health, Govt not helping

3. When our environment is degraded, forest depleted, genetics pools transferred/stollen (targeting of Baobab stress for export), when our riparian land are encroached, streams, wetlands and lakes dry, whe natural wildlife (fauna and flora) diminish, when climate change decimates our agriculture (food safety and security), when new medical complication related to climate change appear and all these compounds to threat...we die..we are loosing battle

4. When massive labour import (expatriate hiring for non-expatriate) decimates our job opportunities, when Occupational Safety and Health is nolonger key and our workers are exposed to occupational risk and decimated via disability or death....

5. When our killer roads finish us... let me not go there😪

Aren't these DEATHS?
**Go for Mackenzie Yes. BUT EQUALLY, GO FOR OTHERS killing us slowly but in BIGGER NUMBERS

Kenyans are blaming INTELLIGENCE for FAILURE to detect and mitigate Lies and ultimate deaths by Cult on Coast. Just cos someone didn't raise or act on requisite alarm

UNFORTUNATELY, millions are at risk of complex medical challenges linked to consumption and use of adulterated foods and other consumer products.

We at PremierSHEQ, are doing our bit; today we have had meaningful engagements and we are pushing the Petition AGAINST adulteration of Food and Other Consumer Goods.
IMPUNITY of enterprise to BRIBE and COMPROMISE Inspectors and Govt Officers has FAILED. They will brive 1, 2, 3, 4 .... but they MUST STOP IT!
We will in couple of days celebrate in a BIG WAY cos Consumers will be SAFE!
Packing of Expired Goods or Extension of Expiry Dates MUST END. We are winning the battle.
