1. HOTEL MANAGER- 1POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to manage several budgets
Attention to detail
Ability to create a marketing strategy to promote hotel
Good computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Resolve issues regarding the hotel
Ensure hotel compliance with safety rules

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree/ diploma in hospitality from a recognized institution
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of hotel management and practices
Exceptional leadership abilities
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills

2. HOTEL SUPERVISOR-1 POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the staff and the day to day operations of the hotel
Ensure the hotel is maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance
Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations
Review guest complaints and respond to them
Supervise employees
Ensure Hotel safety for guests while staying at the hotel
monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate stocking of hotel essentials

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma holder in hospitality
A minimum experience of 3years in similar role
Any combination of education, training, experience that provides required knowledge, skills and ability
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations and guest interactions
Good communication skills both orally and written
Ability to work under pressure

3. WAITER -1POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Making menu recommendations and sharing additional information
Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
Knowledge of using POS ordering software
Deliver checks and collect bills
Serve food and drinks
Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining area
Follow relevant health department regulations
Excellent presentation skills
Attentiveness and patience to skills
Ability to multi task
Team Spirit
Flexibility to work in shifts
