Tithoda organic enterprises was founded in 2014 as a horticulture company designed to provide agri-business activities whereas giving extension services to farmers within communities of Meru .Since then it has developed gradually providing services to farmers and goods like farm inputs which include seeds and fertilizers.
1.4 GENERAL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
The company has expa
nded its activities to various capacities of consultancy skills in many fields due to it multidisplinary approach and experptees especially in science arenas. We are concerned with these fields and we can handle: Training education and advocacy, environmental issues, agriculture based activities, community development and participation visa vee soil testing and analyses. Research skills in proposals, reports, dissertations, writing skills of books in biology and agriculture fields. Product development from plant origin, pharmacology versus, pharmacognosy, medicinal plants and general ecology and ecosystems. We have gone further in conservation efforts and solid waste management. Negotiation skills are also part of our work besides tourism, wildlife management and general plant taxonomy for economic development. We can conduct baseline survey, monitoring and evaluations, guidance &counseling, HIV-AIDS counseling and sexual and reproductive health counseling.

We have a clear long-term strategy which is based on our purpose, vision, mission and values. It is the foundation which helps us successfully to shape the future of our company. By 2020 and beyond, we want Tithoda organic to generate continued profitable growth, to become more customer focused, more innovative, more agile and fully digitized in our internal processes and customer-facing activities. To achieve this ambition, we will focus on four strategic priorities and financial ambitions for the coming years. In addition, we aim to promote sustainability in all our business activities, reinforcing our leading position.
1.7 EXPECTED ACTIVITIES OF TITHODA ORGANIC
We want to invest more in research activities through identification of problems affecting society and therefore attempt to solve these issues with our environs.

We have worked and partnered with various companies and institution at a certain time like, plan international, quest Agriculture L.T.D, Kamulugu development initiatives, USAID Kenya, Upper Tana Natural Resources Management Project and general communities in Meru County.
