SECURITY GUARDING
Our guards are trained to static guarding; detection of potential security threats and terrorists, criminal’s apprehension, first aid, firefighting and customer service. We insist of maintaining gender confidence by having guards and guardettes at all building entrances equipped with metal detectors in order to screen all visitors and avert any form of security threats within building and premises. Our supervisors are equally well trained to arrest any situation and our management carries random operations and checks to take care of any relaxation or any other episodes. We supervise our guards twice in every 12 hour period, to ensure alertness and sharpness. We also offer rescue and back up services in case of potential security threats for our clients
DOG UNITS:
Pelt security has fully equipped dog unit with trainers and dog handlers. We provide watch and Guard dogs to our clients to enhance security within their premises and deter security risk. We also specialize in training dogs for our clients. PARCEL AND MAIL HANDLING:

EVENT SECURITY MANAGEMENT
We carry out comprehensive event-site surveys and provide detailed operational planning in emergency & contingency management, accreditation mapping & design and crowd movement & control. We also carry out post event analysis and make future recommendations for future editions of the events as carried in our post-event safety & security reports. SUPERVISION / OPERATION
Our operation services are appropriately and intensely synchronized and backed by well equipped vehicles and motorbikes to smoothen the operations. This enables our supervisory team to effectively and efficiently coordinate our operations. Our fleet is strategically located for fast and effective response to any incidents, postings and patrols. Our supervisors and patrollers inspect our guards at least twice in twelve [12] hours shift. In addition our managers & directors make surprise visits to assignments regularly. To make our operations meet world class standards Pelt Security has invested in 24 hour support call center to give our clients and Guards additional support in an event of need. We provide additional community policing with police within our areas of operation inline to our motto of securing communities. RECRUITMENT
The company has a full training department headed by a training manager. Before being considered for training, those seeking employment with us are thoroughly vetted as per the professional security industry association standards. They must produce a certificate of good conduct, after full set of fingerprints have been taken and check made against , national ID cards supported by a document from their local chief, together with 3 referees, school and employment references. Our guards’ are of integrity and character who are properly and carefully screened to ensure that we only employ the best. Special emphasis is put on smartness, discipline, honesty and our standards is no less than the standard requirement by the protective security industry association and other international security organizations. OUR GUARDS ARE TRAINED ON
Fire safety – your operations involve potential risks of fires. Our guards are thoroughly trained and exposed to firefighting drills. They will also identify any objects or exposures that can cause fire and take appropriate measures immediately. Customer care – our security officers are trained in customer service, which involve courtesy, public relations and handling difficult customers. These guards are trained and put through specialized training commercial operations. They are trained in etiquette, so that they can interact with the customers in a firm in a polite manner. Ant-terrorism skills – our security officers are trained on common acts of terrorism, bomb threats and scares and the consideration for o planned response.
