A conversation I’ve had with myself more than once:🤔🤔

“Let me just do it myself and save the money.”

And sometimes, that makes sense.
But there came a point where doing everything myself started slowing the business down.

I was busy all day… but not moving forward. That’s when I started asking a different question.

WHAT IS MY TIME ACTUALLY WORTH IN THIS SEASON?

Because replying to emails, scheduling posts, following up with clients… those things matter. But they don’t all require me.

Hiring support didn’t suddenly make things perfect. But it gave me room to think, plan, and grow. And that changed everything.
