Position: Sales Executives – Garbage Collection Services

Are you passionate about keeping our communities clean and promoting sustainable waste management? Do you have a knack for sales and building relationships? DOMINEER SOLUTIONS LIMITED – a fast-growing company in garbage collection and environmental management services – is looking for dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential customers including households, estates, shops, hotels, offices, and institutions.
* Market and sell garbage collection services within Mombasa and its surrounding areas.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about our services.
* Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
* Build strong customer relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
* Achieve set monthly sales targets and goals.
* Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
* Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials.
* Collect market feedback to improve services.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
KCSE Certificate (Minimum C- grade). Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is an added advantage.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in services such as garbage collection, cleaning, logistics, or similar fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.
* Good negotiation and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with Mombasa’s estates, commercial areas, and institutions is a plus.
* Basic computer literacy (Email, WhatsApp, MS Word).
