REQUIREMENTS
The client will inform WeMA Clearing and Forwarding Agency about the exact arrival dates of the consignments. Change in date must be notified seven days prior to the arrival of the vessel for sea shipment.
All documents required in clearing of goods at Mombasa port, must be in WeMA Clearing and Forwarding Agency’s possession seven days before the arrival of the Vessel for us to start some clearing processes before its arrival,to ensure consignments are cleared out of the Port within 3 days of the Vessel's arrival

Commercial invoice
Parking list
Certificate of origin
Export Certificate in case of vehicles
Letter of exemption in case of duty free goods
I.D/Passport
