JJA Sorella Bridal shop is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Bridal Sales Associates for the Eldoret Shop to join our team. If you have a passion for bridal fashion and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist brides and their families, providing a personalized shopping experience

· Offer expert advice on wedding dress styles, fabrics, and accessories

· Conduct fittings and assist with alterations, ensuring a perfect fit

· Maintain accurate sales and appointment records

· Manage social media pages for the business.

· Ensure dresses and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing

· Process transactions and handle payments efficiently

· Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service

· Stay updated on the latest bridal fashion trends and designers

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain boutique standards

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and empathetically

Qualifications:

· KCSE. Certificate, Diploma or equivalent .

· Previous retail sales experience, preferably in bridal or formalwear, is highly desirable

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed

· A genuine passion for fashion and customer service

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

· Basic computer and Point-of-Sale (POS) system skills.

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
