Today on , we celebrate the 415+ young people who power our operations across Kenya. From sorters and loaders to technical operators and quality control specialists, youth are at the core of our mission to build a cleaner, more inclusive future.
By creating green jobs that offer competitive wages, training, and social benefits, we’re tackling some of the most pressing challenges facing young people today: unemployment, lack of decent work, and economic exclusion.
Our model for collection, sorting, and recycling has created employment opportunities at every step—transforming waste into livelihoods and impact. And by aligning our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we’re proud to contribute to:
1: No Poverty
8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
12: Responsible Consumption and Production
13: Climate Action
We prioritize safety and dignity in the workplace, providing protective gear, regular health check-ups, and equal pay for equal work. Our commitment to inclusivity also means actively engaging youth from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities.
As we expand our operations, we remain committed to creating opportunities where youth can thrive, lead, and innovate.
Together, we’re building a circular economy that works for everyone. 💚
