"CADE BPO offers employees flexible shifts with remote working opportunities. As an employee working from home, my shift runs from midday to midnight.
one of the values governing us is customer satisfaction, so prioritizing work over other draining activities is necessary to ensure I give my best throughout the shift. Discipline is also key while working. as such, I stick to my work hours and minimize unnecessary distractions and multitasking. instead, I utilize my one-hour break to run my errands.
To ensure quality work, we work in teams. and take advantage of such spaces to ask questions to ensure the best quality. Where complex issues arise, we escalate them instead of making errors that could cost our client company.
At the end of my shift, I log out and ensure no pending work is in my account. as I submit all my necessary documentation and retire to bed, I long for another day to give my best."
