Before you add AI to your business, take a look at how your work is currently set up.
We’ve seen people get excited about AI, start trying different tools, and expect things to get easier straight away. But at the same time, the way work is flowing in the business hasn’t really been addressed.
Things are still loosely handled... some tasks aren’t clearly defined. A lot is still sitting in people’s heads. So when AI comes in, it doesn’t quite settle. It ends up feeling like more to manage instead of less.
Once things are a bit more structured, even in a simple way, the tools start to make more sense. You don’t need as many, and you’re not constantly adjusting things.
That’s usually where AI begins to feel useful.
If things feel a bit heavy right now, it might not be about the next tool. It might be about getting a bit CLEARER on what’s already there.
