Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes circumstances outside your control come and try to knock you off your feet and it can be hard to find a silver lining in anything.

Looking out at the world around us, it can be easy to get cynical that anything will change or that we have the power to make an impact.

It's hard to fight the glass half-empty mentality when life feels more dark than light, but we learn that finding and maintaining a positive attitude is important to making it through each day and can even lead us to a life that is flourishing.

When you have a dark and painful past it tends to have more power over you than the positive future trying to pull you out..

Small little voices inside keep on telling you that light you see is temporary please stay in your dark space that you are familiar with..and you listen and become a prisoner ..

But all I know whenever you see a tiny beem of light push yourself to it ....because darkness can never overpower light...there is victory in light

In darkness

Your heart is heavy
Your mood is dull
Your space is uncomfortable
Your full of hate even without a reason

While under light

You feel happy
You heart is full of peace and joy
Your full of fun
You have energy
You attract good

The choice is always yours where do you want to be
